"The food is delish, their chicken, fries and burgers are on par with KFC and McD. A great alternative for anyone craving for McD and KFC amidst the boycotting. Their service is great, the owners and staffs were all very friendly too. Although their restaurant interior feels like a sad government cafeteria that you go waiting for your IC registration or renewal. I give it an 8/10."

"Tried Hana’s recently and I must say — the ayam gepuk is on point. The chicken was juicy, well-cooked, and tasted fresh, while the sambal really brought the heat — spicy enough to wake up your senses, just the way it should be! The environment is decent and fairly comfortable for a casual meal, though there’s definitely room for some quality of life improvements. A few suggestions: The hand-wash area would be better placed outside for easier access. Napkins should be more readily available. The kitchen divider could use an upgrade — the current setup looks a bit too makeshift for an otherwise promising spot. Overall, the food is solid and worth the visit."

"22/5/25 my first time ordering here and I ordered a burger set for RM19. Comes with fries & drinks and i add garlic sauce. The taste was not bad and I do like that the male cashier is friendly & good. However, coming from a food science background student, I do have a few things to suggest to owner 1) maybe owner can change the lighting, study why kfc, mcdonald use ambient light 2) maybe owner can close production/ tempat masak so that customer cannot see how your kitchen look. It can create complaints if your kitchen dirty/ staff main phone ke apa 3) owner can maybe decorate a little bit more at counter to make it welcoming and pleasant however, these are only suggestion. I have no expectations whatsoever but the food impress me a lot as someone yang suka try ayam gepuk, i must say the sambal mcm ayam gepuk top global. which i really like ayam pon masih panas, sambal banyak & bekas dorang besar. All set include air for free. Also, shout out to their male cashier, i like how hes friendly and give pleasant service. my only comments is nasi lembik sikit. But faham je maybe they cook earlier since im ordering take away at 7pm. And i also saw that they’re putting sticker perangkap lalat atas meja which can raise cleanliness issue. Maybe owner can consider putting on fly trap yg ada lampu LED & sticker fly trap. Anyways, keep consistent !"
